Health Information Management

HIM is a support service of University Hospital, whose primary purpose is to contribute to the quality of patient care through the development and maintenance of a comprehensive medical record system. This system provides health care data and services to support and promote the mission, vision, values and activities of University Hospital and Upstate Medical University.

HIM shall provide functional support to all components of University Hospital with respect to health information services.
