The Upstate Pediatric and Adolescent Center will offer Moderna’s Covid-19 vaccine for children six months to five years of age Monday and Thursday mornings beginning today, July 18.

The Monday/Thursday pediatric vaccine clinics will be held at Upstate Health Care Center, 90 Presidential Plaza, Syracuse. Space is limited and appointments are required.

Moderna’s Covid-19 vaccines for children are offered in two doses, the second dose approximately five weeks after the first. Appointments for second doses will be made in the office at the time of the child’s first appointment.
