What do you like about the residency program? One of the most important aspects of the program to me was how family friendly they are. Everyone has been kind and incredibly supportive. I have 2 little ones at home and feel like the program is very supportive and understanding for residents and fellows with families. Upstate being an academic center also allows me to have the education I desire with ample research opportunities.
