What do you like about the residency program? I like that in-spite of being such a huge program, it still retains the close-knit family-like feel. The people are approachable and actively invested in resident education. I also love that there are ample opportunities and support for scholarly activities as well as community outreach. Overall, it is a perfect blend of autonomy and supervision.
