Upstate hotline fields COVID-19 questions from the public

Upstate Medical University launched a COVID-19 hotline in March 2020, at the start of the pandemic. The hotline, staffed by health care professionals, is free and open to the public by calling 315-464-3979. Speaking about the 200 to 300 calls a day their team fields are the hotline's co-directors, Michele Caliva, administrative director of the Upstate New York Poison Center, and Joey Angelina, the administrative director of the Upstate Triage and Transfer Center.
