Eating well when you are confined to your home

If you find yourself preparing more meals at home during the coronavirus pandemic, Upstate registered dietitian nutritionist Juliann Mellen provides advice for making nutritious choices. Also, fourth-year medical student Natalie Antosh provides three easy recipes -- a pasta dish, a chili and a lentil soup -- which you can likely prepare with ingredients you already have in your kitchen.

 Note: If you are running a fever along with a cough or shortness of breath and are concerned about a possible coronavirus infection, contact your primary care doctor.
