R.J. Dollard, director of customer support services, started at Upstate in 1995 and has been an integral member of the IMT team for 29 years. As the director of customer support services, he oversaw five sub-departments; desktop support, help desk, server administration, research technology core and cloud solutions, in total, Dollard oversaw 60 employees.

Dolores Darwish started at Upstate in 1997 as a billing manager. In 2010, she was promoted to senior application coordinator and earned another promotion in 2015 where she has since been working as a project manager.
