Nursing Excellence Celebration

Nurses Week

Each year, during National Nurses Week, the 3R group, at University Hospital, recognizes its RNs for all that they do by providing a full day of celebration. This event is generally held in the cafeteria on the Wednesday of Nurses Week. Nurses are invited to attend at any time and enjoy breakfast, lunch or cake, participate in a free raffle for prizes and to pick up their appreciation gift. For those nurses, who are unable to attend, the 3R group makes sure that the nurse managers receive the appreciation gifts so that they can be distributed to those unable to attend.

University Hospital greatly appreciates its nurses, and all of the hard work they do, and this event is just one of the many ways that University Hospital demonstrates that it cares about its Nurses.
