General Rehabilitation

Our General Rehabilitation Program works with patients to provide comprehensive medical services for patients who have experienced a decline in their physical and cognitive abilities. This decline may be due to an illness or other medical condition. Our team will work with patients to maximize functional independence. Individualized programs are developed with the patient and family to provide patients with:

• 24 hours Physician Coverage
• Rehabilitation Nursing Care
• Comprehensive Therapeutic Services
• Patient and Family Education and Support
• Case Management

Patients are able to continue in our outpatient program once discharged from the hospital or rehabilitation.
