E-mailing a Patient:

You may complete the form below to e-mail a patient currently admitted to University Hospital. While you e-mail is confidential, it must be handled by an Ambassador (Volunteer) who would then print and personally deliver your message to the patient and offer to respond to you on their behalf.

Based on the patient’s wishes, you may not get a reply.

This is not a confirmation that this person is a current patient or ever was a patient at University Hospital.
