Neuropathology
This section provides diagnostic neuropathology for the Central New York
region, including all aspects of brain tumor diagnoses, neurodegenerative
diseases and neuromuscular diseases.
We teach Neuropathology to second year medical students, and Pathology, Neurology, and Neurosurgery residents. We maintain a research laboratory which is currently working on various aspects of the auditory system during aging and also on Alzheimer's disease.
