Univerisity Hospital's Department of Pathology is devoted to providing
comprehensive, high quality, cost effective laboratory services to the
Central New York community. Our laboratory is staffed by highly trained,
skilled personnel. We are accredited by the New York State Department of
Health, Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations,
American Association of Blook Banks, and the American Society of
Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics. Licensing and accreditation by
these agencies requires successful completion of profiency test programs
and on-site inspections.
In addition to routine testing, we provide consultations in conjunction
with the most advanced, comprehensive laboratory services in Central New
York.
