Electromyography/Nerve-Conduction Laboratory

This clinical laboratory examines muscles by needle electromyography and measures conduction in motor and sensory nerves in patients with a wide variety of muscle and nerve diseases. Here too somatosensory evoked potentials are measured for patients suspected to have conduction defects in the central nervous system.

Patients are seen both at University Hospital and at University Health Care Center, a medical building a few blocks from the hospital.
