Firefighters Tommy Stevens (right) and Frank Brandao (left) will never forget the blaze in a trailer that turned into an explosive fireball. The blast blew off Tommy's helmet and wrecked Frank's oxygen hose. Both were rushed to Clark Burn Center, where they stayed for three weeks of treatment.
Today, they are back on the job, but still receive regular treatment at The Clark Burn Center. A third firefighter, Todd Milton, was so impressed with how well the staff took care of his friends that he has organized an annual fundraiser for the Burn Center through the Foundation for Upstate Medical University
