The New Upstate Cancer Center

For your convenience during the construction of Upstate's new Cancer Center, we offer ambassadors services to guide you to your appointment as well as provide wheelchair transportation, to and from the second floor of Upstate's attached garage.

Medical Oncology

While surgery is often considered the initial or primary treatment for Breast Cancer, additional treatment with systemic chemotherapy or hormonal agents is often necessary or recommended.

There are many different types of systemic therapy and recommendations for therapy are individualized for each patient.
