Improving Patient Outcomes: Patient and Population Based Prevention Teaching Cases
HRSA directs programs that imporve the Nation's health by expanding access to comprehensive, quality health care for all Americans.
Through its four key program areas, HRSA works to improve and extend life for people living with chronic illness (HIV/AIDS), provides primary health care to the medically underserved population, provides state programs for women and children, State programs, and trains health workforces to serve in underserved communities.
In collaboration with the clinical and research faculty of SUNY Upstate Medical University, the CRE will conduct research and execute data analyses designed to guide the improvement of patient care and associated patient outcomes.
