Who May Benefit from this Program?
Our program serves both children and adults who have speech, language, and swallowing difficulties from stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), brain tumor and other neurological disorders.
What to expect from Therapy
Inpatient speech-language therapy includes assessment, individualized treatment and education for patients and family members. Structured therapy sessions may include, but are not limited to, computer exercises, patient specific activity sheets, and/or auditory and verbal exercises.
A physician's referral is required for examination and treatment within this program.
