Who We Are

Physical Plant operates, repairs and maintains 27 buildings including 3.5 million square feet across 24 acres occupied by SUNY Upstate Medical University. We are also responsible for issuing keys and state vehicles to our staff.

Some sections of Physical Plant support SUNY Upstate Medical University 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure all emergencies are resolved immediately and the facility is in full operations at all times.
