On-Call Physicians

On-call physicians, who are registered paid parkers, may park in E-Lot Monday through Friday from the hours of 4:00 pm and 8:00 am and all times on weekends and red holidays at no charge. When exiting the lot, the physician must write their name, department and permit number on the back of the pulled ticket and show current Upstate Medical University ID card to the attendant. The physician must have an Upstate registration sticker on the vehicle and be current with monthly parking payments. If the on-call physician's stay continues into the prime time hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., they will be charged at regular visitor rates.

On-Call Staff

On-call staff, who are registered and paid shuttle lot (I & R) parkers, may park in the Adams Street lot Monday through Friday after 4:00 pm. To gain access to Adams street lot, the parker will have to press the intercom button located by the entrance gates. The parker will give the answering attendant their name and Upstate ID number. The attendant will then open the gates to allow entrance. To exit the lot, the parker will press the intercom button by the exit gates and the attendant will verify name and ID number. The attendant will then raise the gates and allow exit.
