Targeted to all Nursing Staff

Outcome:

To update Upstate Nursing on progress towards Magnet certification.

Objectives:

  1. State the participation rate in the annual RN NDNQI satisfaction survey for 2016 for Upstate nursing
  2. Discuss progress in improvement in nurse sensitive quality indicators for Upstate nursing and action plans for continued progress to enable Magnet success.
  3. Describe factors effecting RN engagement at Upstate and sources of evidence for RN autonomy increasing in our practice environment.
