To update Upstate Nursing on progress towards Magnet certification.
- State the participation rate in the annual RN NDNQI satisfaction survey for 2016 for Upstate nursing
- Discuss progress in improvement in nurse sensitive quality indicators for Upstate nursing and action plans for continued progress to enable Magnet success.
- Describe factors effecting RN engagement at Upstate and sources of evidence for RN autonomy increasing in our practice environment.
