Lab Coats

Lab Coat

Each resident in the Department of Medicine will receive 2 Lab Coats for their first year of training. Each subsequent year of training, each resident will be provided 1 replacement Lab Coat.

Each Lab Coat will be purchased and will be designed in “uniform” with the rest of the Department of Medicine. Each coat will be embroidered with “Department of Medicine” followed by the resident/physician’s name.

Lab Coats are provided by Bayberry Uniform and are paid for by the Department of Medicine. Bayberry Uniform will be present at Orientation to take proper measurements and assure a good fit.

Lab Coats takes approximately 2 weeks to receive once they are ordered. If you prefer to have your Lab Coats prior to July 1st, you may go directly to the Bayberry Uniform store for a fitting. Your name will be provided to them and the cost will be covered. We ask that you confirm the spelling of your name when your place your order. Failure to do so may result in a reorder, which means a delay in receiving your Lab Coat.

You may visit one of the locations listed below (call first to make sure they are open and able to accommodate your fitting):
