Reserved Study Carrels

The Health Sciences Library maintains 10 reserved study carrels. These lockable study carrels are located in the basement of the Library. The following are guidelines for their use:

A) Reserved carrels may be requested by faculty, graduate students or other staff or students who have a legitimate library research need that justifies the use of one of the carrels.

B) Use of one of the carrels will be for one semester.

C) Requests for the use of the carrel must be submitted in writing to the Head of Access Services, Peter Uva (x47112). If a network connection is needed please state it in your request.

D) Each reserved carrel is individually keyed. A key will be issued upon acceptance of a patron's application. The key is to be returned at the end of each semester.

Note: Open study carrels are available on all floors.
