Prescriptions

For established patients in need of prescription refills please call the office at 315 464-5533 and follow the prompts to select the prescription line from the phone tree. Leave your name, your birth date, the pharmacy name and phone number and the names and dosages of each medication you need a refill for. Please call 5–7 days before your prescription runs out. If you wait until the day you are out of your pills you risk missing doses. If you call after 2 pm your pills may not be called in until the next business day. Prescription refill services are not available nights, weekends, or holidays.
