The policy of University Hospital is to afford persons with limited English proficiency (LEP) equal and effective access to its health care services. The hospital will provide to such persons interpretive services and/or other auxiliary aids, in a manner consistent with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and NYSDOH Health Code requirements.
