• Zumba for the Cure

  Zumba is an exciting dance fitness class. Register now and raise funds to benefit the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund of CNY, Inc. Registration fee includes a tshirt. Choose from three one and a half hour sessions beginning at 10 am, 12 & 2 pm.

• In The Crosshairs: Lung Cancer Seminar
  11/21 10:00am: Special Events
  Led by Upstate thoracic surgeon Dr. Leslie Kohman, lung cancer specialists will present the latest information on new research and available services along with a lung cancer survivors personal insights. Featured will be carbon monoxide and pulmonary function testing. Light refreshments provided before program.
