• Weight watchers meets Tuesdays in Rm. 3113 Weiskotten Hall.
  Weigh in 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  Discussion 12 PM  – 12:45 PM

  Community programs cost $232 + joining fee. Upstate program cost is $169 for 16 weeks.

• Yoga with Tony Riposo

  Yoga classes are being offered on Monday evenings from 5 PM to 6:15 PM in the Campus Activities Building, West Lounge. Classes run for eight weeks with drop in session rates available.   Pilates classes are being offered on Tuesday evenings from 5:15 PM - 6:15 PM in the IHP gym. Pre-registration is required.
