The Office of Finance & Management of the Upstate Medical University oversees the range of Upstate-wide service departments, including maintenance and operations, bursar, parking, personnel, payroll and internal audit. The Office of Finance & Management is responsible for the distribution of the Campus Administrative Manual. The intent of the manual is to communicate official policies of the entire Upstate Medical University.
