The University Vision Care and Research Center faculty includes a wide range of specialists and researchers. The center incorporates and serves three of the five hospitals operating in the Syracuse metropolitan area: University Hospital (or SUNY Upstate Medical University), Crouse Hospital (a private institution), and Veterans Administration Medical Center.
