The faculty includes a wide range of specialists. The center incorporates and serves three of the five hospitals operating in the Syracuse metropolitan area: University Hospital (or SUNY Upstate Medical University), Crouse-Irving Memorial Hospital (a private institution), and Veterans Administration Medical Center. Together, these form the primary ophthalmic referral and teaching network for the approximately two million people residing in the Central New York region.
The Center for Vision Care accepts Medicaid, Medicare and many other insurances. Call (315) 464-5230 for an appointment or for more information. Or click the on-line form link to connect directly with a Health Connections nurse.
