Pediatric Emergency Medicine

Dr. Wittick

Linnea Wittick, MD

Research: I currently am looking at the incidence of methhemoglobinemia in infants with diarrhea

Hobbies: I love doing anything that gets me outside- hiking, mountain biking, taking the dog for a run. I'm one of the few people around here that gets excited when the snow starts falling. I love downhill skiing and snowshoeing. I travel when I can and am interested in international medicine.



Dr. Cummings

Erin Cummings, MD

Research: Most recently, I am looking into whether children admitted to the hospital with a presumed respiratory viral infection are also co-infected with Bordetella pertussis or parapertussis.

Hobbies: I enjoy sports...especially football and basketball. When time allows, I love to travel to see friends and family that live outside of Upstate New York. I love the beach and try to get there when I can.

Naveen Seth, MD, MBADr. Seth

Research: My research interests are primarily in EMS efficiencies and management. Other ongoing studies in which I am involved include adequacy of layperson CPR and AED use, spinal stabilization pain evaluation, and CPR interruption for airway management.

Hobbies: When I am not working in the hospital or out in the field, I enjoy spending time with my wife. We enjoy almost anything that gets us outside. I like to play basketball and tennis and enjoy traveling when possible. My family is in Florida, so getting down there is always fun. When we are up here, we also enjoy visiting wineries and exploring the Adirondacks and Finger Lakes areas.
