link to fafsa on lineFinancial Aid Bulletins The Express TAP Application on the Web is here. New York State students who complete the FAFSA on the Web are now able to link directly to TAP on the Web (TOTW), which will allow them to apply for TAP and other New York State grants and scholarships.

The application will be pre-filled using data the student supplied on the FAFSA. Some data will also be supplied from HESC history files for returning students. Most students who have successfully completed the FAFSA on the Web will be able to apply for TAP and Scholarships in minutes.

The process is simple all students who indicate New York as their state of residence will see a paragraph titled, New York State Residents highlighted in red on the FAFSA on the Web Confirmation page. The link, highlighted in purple, will take the student directly to TAP on the Web.
