Clark Tower

Convenient to all Campus Buildings and University Hospital...

Clark Tower accommodations include a bed, desk, dresser, and closet for each resident. Rooms are carpeted and have blinds, free cable television hookup, HBO movie channel, voice mail, and access to internet in each room. Students must provide their own telephones and kitchen utensils.

Choose from Four Different Room Types

Standard Room

standard room layoutThe standard room is designed to comfortably accommodate two people. Each room has a half bath shared with an adjacent room. A community shower and kitchen are located on each floor.

Included

Bed, dresser, desk, chair, floor lamp, rug, bulletin board, private wash basin, semiprivate half-bath (shared with adjoining room), window blinds.

Not Included

Desk lamp, drapes, pillow, bed linen, blanket, maid service, telephone, dishes & utensils and individual cooking facilities.

Studio Apartment

studio apartment layoutThe studio apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate two people or a married couple. Each studio apartment is furnished with twin beds, a kitchenette with table and chairs and private bathroom. A double bed, for married students, easy chair and other furniture may be provided.

Included

Bed, dresser, desk, chair, floor lamp, bulletin board, rug, dining table & chairs, kitchenette (sink-range-oven), full-sized refridgerator, full-size private bathroom, and window blinds.Not Included
Desk lamp, drapes, pillow, bed linen, blanket, maid service, telephone, dishes and cooking utensils.Note: A couple with child might find these accommodations very restrictive and is advised to seek housing elsewhere.

One Bedroom Apartment

people eating pizzaThe one-bedroom apartment accommodates a married couple or a family with children.The apartments are fully furnished, and have a standard size living room, standard size bedroom, kitchen-dining area, a full size bathroom, 4 large closets.

Included

Beds, dressers, armchairs, desk, floor lamp, bulletin board, rug, dining table & chairs, sofa, end table & lamp, kitchenette (sink-range-oven), full-sized refridgerator, full-size private bathroom, window blinds.

Not Included

Desk lamp, drapes, pillows, bed linens, blankets, maid service, telephone, dishes and cooking utensils.Note: A couple having more than one child would find these accommodations very restrictive, and should seek housing elsewhere.

Two Room Suitetwo room suite layout

The two room suite is designed to comfortably accommodate three or four students. The two room suite includes two bedrooms, a kitchen with table and chairs and a private bath.
