National Student Clearinghouse Online Enrollment Certification
The Registrar’s Office is excited to announce a new service to students through My Upstate! You are now able to log onto My Upstate and print your own enrollment certifications—these certifications can be used to show your student status (i.e. full-time/part-time) for health insurance companies, lenders, and anyone else who you need to notify that you are a student at Upstate Medical University.
The process is simple—log onto My Upstate, click on the Student Services tab, then click on the National Student Clearinghouse link. This will automatically redirect you to the Self-Service page and all you the option to view your enrollment history and print your certifications. You will be able to print a certification for prior enrollment and for the current semester. Please note that your enrollment certification for the current semester is available beginning the third week of the semester (after the add/drop period has ended).
