Clinical Research Experience

The staff of the CRU is highly experienced, and many are certified in clinical research.   The nursing staff often assists new coordinators in their role. There are also many experienced coordinators who are a good resource for investigators and staff.

The CRU has specialized research nursing such as pharmacokinetics, glucose clamp testing, administration of research medications.   The nurses also provide patient support and education to enhance the research experience of their research subjects.

A laboratory technician is available for processing, packaging and shipping of specimens.
