1. SACON Welcome

• Welcome to third meeting of the semester
• Introductions
• Robyn Schwab was introduced as the new Secretary

2. Welcome Guest from Nursing Alumni Association 

• Bonnie Miner came to represent the Nursing Alumni Association
  
• Recent Phone-a- thon held
• Association donates money to College of Nursing and SACON
  
• Would like participation from College of Nursing Students and SACON
  
• Next Alumni Meeting Thursday, November 16th at 5:30

3.  Melanie Kalman spoke about peer support, a Discussion Board on the SACON website was discussed as a possibility.

4. Graduation party 

• Thursday, December 14th from 5-7 at the Sheraton
  

4. Parking Lot date 

• November 18th in the evening- may need to arrive as early as 5:00pm.
  
• Need Volunteers
  
• Possible December dates while medical students on holiday vacation - TBA

5. Raffle tickets

• Looking for people to sell tickets
  
• Drawing of raffle tickets- November 21st in the evening
  
• 1st Prize: 30 Minute Massage, 2nd Prize: Spa Gift Basket, 3rd Prize: $10 Gift Certificate to Barnes and Noble, 4th,5th, and 6th Prize: Gift Certificate to Carousel Mall

6. A donation from Nancy Lyon 

• Generous donation of a gift basket to raffle off to benefit SACON

7. Tee shirt and Sweatshirts 

• Remaining shirts: half off sale
  
• Possibly use a new company
  
• Single Orders may be a possibility

• Possible Student Forum in the Spring
• Parking shuttle times from Cedar Street to Weiskotten
