From the SOUTH:

• Route 81 North to Adams St. exit (#18 )
• When getting off exit, get into the right lane. Go straight (Almond Street) three blocks and then turn Right on to Cedar Street. (This is a two way street). There is a parking lot immediately on your left. You may park there for free after 3:00 pm.
• Paid Parking: Keep going straight on Cedar Street make Right on Irving Street then Left on Madison Street. Make immediate left in the parking lot (Madison-Irving Parking Garage).
• We are located on the Hutchings Psychiatric Center Campus. Our building is in the middle of the block on the Cedar Street. It is the Education and Training Building and we are on the 3rd Floor.

From the NORTH:

• Route 81 South to Harrison/Adams/Syracuse University Exit (Exit # 18)
• Bear left as you get off exit. You will go under Rt. 81 overpass.
• Get in Left lane, Turn Left at Second Traffic Light making a "U" turn (Almond Street).
• Get in far Right Lane. Go three blocks to Cedar Street and turn Right (This is a two way street). There is a parking lot immediately on your left. You may park there for free after 3:00 pm.
• Paid Parking: Keep going straight on Cedar Street make Right on Irving Street then Left on Madison Street. Make immediate left in the parking lot (Madison-Irving Parking Garage).

From the EAST:

• NYS Thruway Exit 34A (481)
• Take 481 South to 690 West to the Downtown/Townsend St. exit (#13)
• Turn Left off the ramp onto Townsend Street
• Turn Left at sixth light (Adams St.-one way)
• Get into the second lane from the Left.
• Turn Left at second light (Almond Street) and move into the far Right lane.
• Go three blocks to Cedar Street and turn Right. (This is a two way street). There is a parking lot immediately on your left. You may park there for free after 3:00 pm.
• Paid Parking: Keep going straight on Cedar Street make Right on Irving Street then Left on Madison Street. Make immediate left in the parking lot (Madison-Irving Parking Garage).

• NYS Thruway Exit 39 (Syracuse)
• Take 690 East to 81 South to Harrison/Adams/Syracuse University exit (#18)
