RNFA—How to Apply

Each RNFA applicant must have
the following documents submitted to:

Applications for the fall semester must be received by June 1.

  • Three Letters of Recommendation from faculty, supervisor, and/or colleagues who can comment on your academic and/or clinical ability to function as an RNFA and who can attest to your experience as an RN and to your knowledge, judgment and skills specific to the surgical patient. One letter must be from a supervisor or surgeon knowlegeable about your competencies. Forms are with the application form and application will not be considered complete until these are received
  • RN license: Copy of your current RN license OR
  • NP license: Copy of your current NP license
  • Proof of CNOR certification or eligibility
  • $40 application fee
