A. C. Silverman Society

The A.C. Silverman Society recognizes donors who have either given consistently ten years or donated more than $2,500. A.C. Silverman Society members receive special recognition, including invitations to special events and a listing in the Donor Appreciation Report.

A.C. Silverman was a 1915 graduate of Syracuse University Medical College and a distinguished pediatrician. As a tribute to Dr. Silverman, City Hospital was re-named "Dr. A. Clement Silverman Public Health Hospital" in 1969. That building is now Silverman Hall, the home of the College of Health Professions.
