Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy Program

Admissions requirements include:

• Completed Application:
  • Apply Online
  • (You may also download Application Form text )
• Current U.S. Physical Therapy license
• Minimum of a 3.0 GPA from the applicant's entry-level physical therapy program
• Letter of recommendation
• Portfolio text
  (portfolio is waved for MPS and MPT Upstate Alumni unless elective credit is requested)
  

  The portfolio consists of:

  • Summary of the applicant's clinical, academic and professional experiences
  • Highlighting competencies compatible with the expectations of the Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree

Applications are reviewed on a rolling admissions basis throughout the year.
