We are currently seeking a full time permanent Physical Therapist to join our staff. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients, provide in-service education, supervise students, and participate in rounds or team conferences as needed. You will be treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions in a hospital-based setting.
To qualify, you must possess licensure as a NYS Physical Therapist and be CPR certified. New graduates are welcome to apply.

The Department of Rehabilitation seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapy Supervisor to assist the Administrative Director on rehabilitation services as needed. Responsibilities include: Performing rehabilitative duties of a Physical Therapist in addition to overseeing daily operation at the outpatient service line including supervising staff and senior therapists engaged in patient care and treatment to ensure professional patient care standards consistent with departmental objectives policies and procedures; Ensure program meets the organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, reimbursement, and general patient care; Implement methods to improve efficiency and ensuring proper utilization of department personnel; Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary physical therapy theory/frames of references and provide such to directors, managers, and supervisors within the organization.
Qualified candidates will possess Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Physical Therapy, NYS Physical Therapy license. Minimum two year’s experience as a physical therapist. Supervisory experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal/leadership skills to supervise staff.
