Full Time Physical Therapist:
Provides consultation, evaluation, and physical therapy services to patients across the age continuum. Establishes a rehabilitative plan of care with realistic goals following a functional evaluation for all patients. Provides education to patients, family members, students, staff, and to the community at large. Coordinates services with other medical disciplines, making recommendations as appropriate to facilitate a complete rehabilitative process. Participates in Performance Improvement and Risk Management activities.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
Graduate of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Currently licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New York

Candidate must be dedicated to helping people, motivated to help our facility during our expansion, and possess an intense desire to learn.
